The Pekoe Trail Organisation is shaped by a versatile and committed team that works with care, consistency and a strong sense of purpose. While the length and footprint of the trail itself remains unchanged, its impact, reach and the work of the organisation around it continue to grow. As this journey deepens across Sri Lanka’s hill country, we are now looking to expand our team with like minded, passionate individuals who feel a genuine connection to the country and want to contribute to a meaningful effort that celebrates its landscapes, communities and stories.
We are currently hiring for two full time roles based in Colombo, Nugegoda.
Signature Experience Communication Specialist
This role focuses on managing all hiker communication and content touchpoints. Being a hiking enthusiast and having experienced any stage of The Pekoe Trail is a strong advantage.
Engagement and Collaborations Specialist
This role coordinates with DMCs, authorised resellers, hosts, guides, accommodation providers and logistics partners to ensure smooth fulfilment of trail experiences. Tour Executive experience is considered a strong advantage.
